2. Return Authorisation: Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorisation (RA) number and instructions.
3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely with its original packaging and accessories. Clearly label the RA number on the outside of the package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refunds:
• After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and credited to your original payment method.
