At AesGo Mobile Aesthetics, your safety and wellbeing are our top priorities. For medical reasons, we are unable to treat individuals who fall into the following categories:

1. Underage Clients: Individuals under the age of 18.
2. Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: Those who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
3. COVID-19/Flu Vaccination Timeline: Clients who have received a COVID-19/Flu vaccination within two weeks before or three weeks after the scheduled treatment.
4. Skin Conditions and Treatments: Clients with severe active acne in the treatment area, or those who have used steroids, chemical peels, or retinol within two weeks prior to their appointment.
5. Cold Sores or Herpes: Individuals with an active cold sore or oral herpes on the day of treatment.
6. Recent Antibiotic Use: Those who have been on antibiotics within the past two weeks for a facial or oral infection.
7. Immunocompromised or Unwell Clients: Clients who are immunocompromised or feeling unwell on the day of the appointment (e.g., experiencing flu, a cold, or a virus) to minimise risks and complications.
8. Recent Facial Surgery: Individuals who have undergone facial surgery within the past 12 months.
9. Recent Dermal Fillers: Clients who have had dermal fillers from another provider within the past 12 weeks, as mixing products may increase the risk of complications.
10. Chemotherapy and Autoimmune Medications: Those currently undergoing or having completed chemotherapy within the past six months, or those on autoimmune medication. Autoimmune medication must be discontinued at least six months prior to treatment, with a doctor’s note provided as confirmation.
11. Unsuitability: Clients deemed by us to be not ready or unsuitable for treatment.

Important Considerations Before Booking
Achieving your desired aesthetic results may require multiple treatments. While the initial process may involve a significant financial commitment, maintaining the results is typically easier and more cost-effective.

It is essential to consider the temporary nature of dermal fillers, which usually require maintenance once or twice a year. Before starting treatment, ensure you are fully committed to the process.

Client Responsibility and Disclosure
AesGo Mobile Aesthetics is fully insured. However, it is imperative that clients disclose all relevant medical history during their consultation to ensure the safest possible treatment. AesGo cannot be held liable for any adverse effects arising from undisclosed information.

Allergic Reactions and Post-Treatment Issues

1. Potential Reactions: While rare, allergic reactions or side effects may occur following treatment.
2. Emergency Situations: If you experience any health concerns or feel unwell after your treatment, contact emergency services by dialling 999 immediately.
3. Urgent Medical Attention: If unable to return to the same Practitioner, visit your GP or the nearest Accident & Emergency (A&E) department for assistance.

To book an appointment with AesGo Aesthetics, simply select your desired treatment, choose your preferred time, and answer a few mandatory questions regarding location preferences, booking policies, and confirmation that you have read our terms and conditions. A 50% deposit is required for all treatments. Please note that all treatments require a completed consent and consultation form.

For treatments requiring a prescription, such as Botox, appointments must be booked in advance to allow time for the consultation, prescription, and dispensing of the appropriate anti-wrinkle product. If you book a prescription-based treatment less than 48 hours before your appointment, we may need to reschedule to ensure sufficient time for processing your prescription.

Booking and Payment
After selecting your treatment and scheduling your appointment, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance will be payable upon the completion of your treatment. We accept payments via cash, bank transfer, or card.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice to avoid forfeiting your deposit. Our team is happy to assist in rescheduling your appointment to a more convenient time.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will provide at least 48 hours’ notice. You will then have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Refund Policy
If you cancel your appointment with a minimum of 48 hours' notice, your deposit will be fully refunded. However, for Botox treatments, a non-refundable prescriber fee of £30 will apply, and you will receive a partial refund.

Please note that deposits are non-refundable if less than 48 hours' notice is given for cancellations or changes.
